We vault for fun and personal bests in an environment where a personal-best at any height is equally honored and celebrated. Our camps are open to any and all athletes.

graduated from NDSU in 2013 with a BA in Exercise Science. In addition to being a 3x South Dakota HS state champion and state record holder (13'3), Leslie also placed 8th at the World Junior Championships in Poland. While being coached by Stevie Keller at NDSU, Leslie was a 6x conference champion, 6x NCAA qualifier, and a D-1 NCAA All-American. Leslie still holds the current NDSU vault records (14'3 in/14'1 out). Leslie has a current PR of 4.51m 14'9" and has competed in four USA Championships as well as the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Trials. Leslie begins her 8th year coaching HS vault camps and is currently training with Steve and Caroline for the 2018 USA Nationals.
Flight Deck Coach / Former National-level Athlete
graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Architecture. While at the UofM, Jack set and still holds both the freshman record in the Heptathlon and the school record in the Decathlon. In 2012, Jack was the Big-10 runner up in the Indoor Pole Vault (17'5), the heptathlon, and the decathlon. Jack is also a 2x DI NCAA Qualifier, a DI All-American, a 2012 Olympic Trials Qualifier, a Team USA U23 NACAC Decathlon Champion, and a 2013 USA Championships Qualifier. While in high school, Jack qualified for Wisconsin state meet 4x Pole Vault, 2x 110m high hurdles, 2x 300m int. hurdles, and 1x in the High Jump. Jack was the pole vault state runner-up in 2007, and state champion in 2008 with a HS PR (15'6). Jack begins his 9th year coaching HS vault camps.
Flight Deck Coach / Former University of Minnesota Vault Coach
Steve coached the University of Minnesota Men's Pole Vault 11-years, St. John's & St Ben's 5-years, Tech High School 3-years, Armstrong High School 5-years, and University of St Thomas 1-year. Steve began vaulting in 7th grade. While at St Louis Park high school Steve placed 7th at state twice and had a PR jump of 14'. Steve earned All-American honors twice while at North Central College in Illinois. An advocate for girls in sports; Steve co-lead the original movement that led to girls getting to pole vault in Minnesota. Steve coached the first girls' State Champion in the event; the first MN girl to clear 11'. At the UofM, Steve coached athletes to 13 Big 10 conference titles, 9 All-American performances, 2 Olympic Trials Qualifiers, and 1 NCAA Champion. Some of these athletes include Moorhead native Brock Spandl (17'3, 2010 D1-All-American), Jack Szmanda (17'5, 2010 D1-All-American), Ben Peterson (18'0 PR, 2011 D1-NCAA All-American and National runner-up), Zach Siegmeier (18'1 PR, 2014 D1-All-American), Luca Wieland (2015 Indoor Heptathlon NCAA CHAMPION 16'5 PR). Now in his 29th year in education, Steve is the Assistant Principal at Minneapolis North. Steve is USATF certified Level 1, level 2 jumps, level 2 endurance, and a certified coaches-education instructor. Steve has a lifetime PR jump of 17'4, cleared 16'+ for 16-years in a row, and was the 2012 & 2021 USA Masters Outdoor Champion.
